Terms of Service
Last updated September 3, 2026
These terms govern your use of Feax, a service operated by Push Labs LLC (“we”, “us”) that turns a product page into finished, editable short-form video ads. By creating an account you agree to them on behalf of yourself and any organization you represent.
1. The service
Feax uses automated systems, including third-party artificial intelligence models, to research your product, write scripts, generate narration and visuals, and assemble video ads. Outputs are drafts you review and approve; they can contain mistakes. You are responsible for checking every claim, price, and depiction before you publish an ad.
2. Accounts
You must provide a working email address and keep your password confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account and for the people you invite to your organization. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms or that we reasonably believe are compromised.
3. Plans, credits, and payment
- Each organization receives one free generation, delivered with a watermark. The clean version unlocks when you subscribe.
- Paid plans renew monthly and include a credit allowance. Credits are spent when production or a paid revision starts and can only be spent while a subscription is active.
- Credit packs top up an active plan. Unused credits do not convert to cash. Plan and pack prices are shown before you pay and may change with notice for future periods.
- Payments are processed by Stripe. You can update your payment method, review invoices, or cancel from the Billing page; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
- If a production run fails before delivering anything, the credits or free generation it consumed are returned to you.
4. Your content and your ads
You keep all rights to the product pages, images, claims, and other material you provide, and you own the ads we deliver to you. You grant us a license to store, process, and transmit that material, including to the AI and hosting providers we use, solely to provide the service.
You confirm that you have the rights needed to use everything you upload and that the claims you approve about your product are truthful, substantiated, and lawful where you advertise. You are the advertiser of record for anything you publish.
5. Acceptable use
You may not use Feax to:
- advertise products or services that are illegal where they are sold;
- make deceptive, defamatory, or infringing claims, or impersonate any person or brand;
- upload material you do not have the right to use, including other people’s likenesses without consent;
- probe, overload, or interfere with the service or attempt to extract its models, prompts, or other customers’ data.
6. Availability and changes
We work to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, and production times vary with demand. We may change or retire features; if a change materially reduces what your paid plan includes we will tell you in advance.
7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The service is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, lost profits, or advertising results. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.
8. Termination
You may close your account at any time. We may terminate or suspend access for breach of these terms. After termination you can request a copy of your delivered ads for thirty days, after which we may delete your data in line with our Privacy Policy.
9. Governing law and changes to these terms
These terms are governed by the laws of New Jersey, United States. We may update them; material changes are announced by email or in the app at least fourteen days before they take effect, and continued use after that date is acceptance.
