Privacy Policy

1. What we collect

• Account data: your email address, password (stored hashed by our authentication provider), and organization name.
• Brand and product data: the product URLs you submit, the profile we extract from them, claims you confirm, and product photos you upload or select.
• Production data: scripts, generated media, your edits, approvals, and revision notes.
• Billing data: plan, credit ledger, and a Stripe customer reference. Card details are entered on Stripe’s pages and never reach our servers.
• Usage data: server logs and job events needed to run, secure, and debug the service.

2. How we use it

To provide the service you asked for: analyzing your product page, writing and producing ads, delivering them to you, billing, and support. We also use it to keep the service secure, to send transactional email (for example when a script is ready for your approval), and to improve production quality. We do not sell your data or use it for third-party advertising.

3. Who processes it

We rely on service providers that process data on our behalf:

• hosting, database, authentication, and file storage providers;
• Stripe for payments and subscription management;
• an email delivery provider for transactional messages;
• AI model providers that receive your brand profile, scripts, and product imagery to generate narration, images, and video. Providers may change; the material sent to them is limited to what a given production step needs.

Each provider is bound by contract to use your data only to deliver its service to us.

4. Cookies

We use a session cookie to keep you signed in and a preference cookie that remembers which brand you were working in. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

5. Retention

Delivered ads and their production files are kept while your account is active so you can request revisions and variations. Failed or abandoned productions may be cleaned up sooner. When you close your account we delete or anonymize your data within ninety days, except billing records we must keep for tax and accounting purposes.

6. Your rights

You can access, correct, export, or delete your data by emailing help@feax.com from your account address. Depending on where you live you may have additional rights under laws such as GDPR or CCPA, including the right to complain to a supervisory authority.

7. Security

Data is encrypted in transit, access is scoped per organization at the database level, and generated files are served through short-lived signed links. No system is perfectly secure; if we learn of a breach affecting you we will notify you without undue delay.

8. Changes

We may update this policy. Material changes are announced by email or in the app before they take effect.
